If you are new to exercise, start with the gentle pace, 20 minutes – 1 Mile – beginner program. Leslie will teach you how to increase your heart rate with low-impact movements that are safe, and easy for beginners. When ready, continue through 30 minutes – 2 Mile – Brisk Walk. In this workout you will begin to accelerate the pace, and work to increase your heart rate, and keep your cardio for a period of 30 minutes.

Walking is the most effective form of physical activity, and helps improve blood circulation, reduce stress, improve muscle tone, and decrease cholesterol, and blood pressure. And now you can do at home ... to move, and start! Works!
