No Frills Leslie, September 13, 2008 – In mini driver
”This is one of the workouts the most basic, and versatile Leslie yet. For those accustomed to DVD Leslie, you should know that it has Leslie solo in each segment. I rather see Linda, and JoAnn, and Carol in the other workouts,, but Leslie jokes, and gossip really old when you have done the same exercises time I do not know how. This training is simple. Leslie talks all the way through, giving her usual good marks,, but there are no jokes, and little or no giggling. A welcome relief if you plan to do often.”
Unlike previous”five-mile drive, there is no walking aids such as hand weights or elastic band. The first mile is based not walk Leslie. The second mile is focused on the upper body, and arms. The third mile is on the legs (with some squats). The fourth mile is focused on abs, and waist. And the fifth is a mile mile ‘‘fast‘‘, but with only one short section of ‘‘boosted walking‘‘, which is optional.”
”This is also versatile enough for both beginners, and advanced walkers, and for short or long workouts. As soon as Leslie 5-mile drive each mile individual can be done separately, or they can be done in combinations of 2, 3, 4 or 5 miles. And unlike the previous five-mile drive, it has separate heating, and cooling segments. If you do a mile a day (each 12-14 minutes), plus the increase in 5 minutes, and 9 minutes warm cooling, and expandable segment, you have 5 different workouts under 30 minutes each, one for each day of the week. If you do warm-up, every 5 miles,, and cooling, it takes an hour, and 22 minutes.”
